When I discovered the link between cortisol and swelling on Facebook, it was a lightbulb moment for me. Since I started using Nuclever, my face looks more sculpted and I finally feel better in my own skin.

A synergy of 4 clinically studied ingredients to regulate your cortisol levels.

Ashwagandha

L-Théanine

Magnésium Glycinate

Vitamine D

Ashwagandha

Clinical study

The effect of ashwagandha on cortisol is considered clinically significant. A reduction of around 20–30% in cortisol levels in stressed individuals can result in a noticeable improvement in stress-related symptoms (anxiety, fatigue, disturbed sleep). Thus, ashwagandha has a moderate to strong adaptogenic effect on the corticotropin axis, helping to normalize elevated cortisol levels caused by chronic stress.

L-Théanine

Clinical study

L-theanine is an amino acid found in green tea, known for its calming effect without causing drowsiness. Several human clinical studies have shown that taking 200 mg of L-theanine reduces activation of the sympathetic nervous system, lowers heart rate, and decreases salivary cortisol after acute stress. It also promotes the production of alpha brain waves, which are associated with a state of alert relaxation.

Magnésium Glycinate

Clinical study

Magnesium is a key cofactor in more than 300 enzymatic reactions, including those involved in the stress response. Magnesium glycinate supplementation in anxious or stressed adults has been shown to significantly reduce plasma cortisol and improve sleep, anxiety, and fatigue. Bisglycinate is particularly well tolerated and bioavailable.

Vitamine D

Vitamin D acts as a “rebalancing agent.” When a deficiency is corrected, an improvement in hormonal balance, including cortisol, is observed. This makes it an essential but often underestimated support for people suffering from chronic stress or mild depression.
